Data, purposes and legal bases
Email enquiries: name, email address, professional details and information you choose to include, used to handle your enquiry. If you request a quotation or service for yourself, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries and professional communications rely on the legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to your right to object.
Rights requests and legal obligations: necessary information is processed to respond to requests and meet applicable obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). A reply address is needed to answer; other unsolicited details are voluntary. Contact does not subscribe you to advertising.
Access and security: hosting and authentication infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser details and session or account identifiers to serve the website, manage permissions and prevent abuse. For operations controlled by , the basis is the legitimate interest in service security (Article 6(1)(f)). Providers describe their own processing in their policies.
The application has no public forms, advertising profiles or automated decisions with legal effects. It does not request health data, medication or diagnoses.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to handle and follow up the request. Afterwards they are deleted, except information needed for legal obligations or liabilities, retained with restricted access for the applicable periods. If a contract is established, the relevant statutory document-retention periods apply.
The application does not create its own visitor log or enquiry database. Infrastructure logs and authentication data are subject to provider settings and terms; this website does not determine or verify their deletion periods. You may request information about these operations from the privacy contact.
Services and recipients
This website uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure. OpenAI authentication is involved when sign-in is required. The contact mailbox uses Google Workspace. These services may process technical data or content needed to provide the relevant service. Authorities may receive information where legally required.
International providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Applicable terms and safeguards must match the actual service and account contracted; a public privacy policy is not a data-processing agreement. We do not claim all data remains in the European Union. The linked official policies describe provider processing and channels for further information.
Links to the product directory or other organisations lead to separate websites governed by their own privacy information.
How to exercise your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing dmartin@alliancenutrition.org. State the right requested and the information needed to locate your data. An identity-document copy is not routinely required; proportionate additional information will only be requested if reasonable identity doubts arise.
Requests are normally answered within one month of receipt. Complexity or the number of requests may justify up to two additional months, with reasons communicated within the first month. Requests are free except in the exceptional cases allowed by the GDPR. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
